They had to reschedule my appt 3 different times. They used old parts so it still leaked. The ordered the wrong new parts so they had to reorder. Even so, they didn’t make my repair a priority so each new appt took at least a week to happen. Still not fixed 2 months in process. We were put on hold and the next representative would pass us on. We were finally told we can't speak to a person in the United States. We had a broken ice maker and could not fix it after 4 times. They ran water over the ice maker the first time and next several attempts they broke off pieces of it. Do not use this company.
